Chanukah at the Kotel

In the post before I mentioned that my brother’s bar mitzvah will be in Israel at the Kotel at Chanukah time.

Now here are some art drawings I made in 9th Grade that fit in with the theme. The last one of the chofetz Chaim doesn’t really have to do with Israel or Chanukah, but it’s one of my favorites so I just have to post it!

P.S. How do you like my handwriting?

Update: This is what the post should have looked like, I removed the pictures just to show the font.

Yea, I did! The chofetz chaim one took a really long time, because it was made out of dots, using a gel pen, so areas that are darker had a condenser amount of block dots, and the lighter parts had it more spread out. At home I then tea stained it, and burned the edges.

I am very impressed with the pointillist Chafetz Chaim. They're all great pictures. Are you still drawing?

Thanks!

Yea, I can't wait to take pictures there, and to experience it all!

Thanks! That's my favorite, as well as the man at the Kotel, those came out the best. I'm not really good at drawing, it's only with the instruction of the art teacher that I was able to create those.

I did draw for college though, they were my own drawings, so I copied from pictures I had. Maybe next post I'll put it up.
